The setup function is deliberately boring. You already know how to pull the report. We already know how to read it. Same-day turnaround is the demo that earns the pilot conversation.

Export from the system you already run
Pull a labor or production export from your ERP or accounting system. CSV or Excel is fine. If the file needs a clean CSV, we convert it on our side and keep your original as the court of record.

Hand it over
Send the file through the channel we agree on. Before it lands, we ask one mapping question if we need it: which column identifies the machine or work centre. That kills the round trip on the day speed is the pitch.

Verified numbers back the same day
File lands, verified findings return the same day. Speed is the demo. You get baselines tied to your own system totals, reconciliation you can check to the third decimal, and named numbers with chips that say measured, derived, held, or blocked.

Reconciliation before anything ships
We reproduce your summary numbers exactly under your convention and explain every delta. Rows in equal rows accounted. Hours in equal hours out. The adapter refuses to write on any mismatch.

We read your export. Not your API.
The method is ERP-agnostic. Every production company's system exports the same long-format labor postings. We adapt to your columns, reconcile to your reports, and refuse when the file will not support an honest number.
Your system already has the data
Every manufacturer's ERP or shop system records labor postings in long format: one row per phase, per employee, per date. SYMAN, JobBOSS, E2, Epicor, Global Shop, and the rest all export the same shape. You run a report you already know how to run. We read the file.
No integration project
We do not ask you to rip out NetSuite, wire APIs, or install anything on your floor. ANVIL adapts to your export columns, reconciles rows in against rows out to the cent, and refuses to write if the math does not tie. Build on top of what already exists.
It could have printed a number. It refused.
Aggregates absorb outliers. Pivot tables blend spreads into one figure. ANVIL interrogates row by row and stops when the file cannot support a honest claim. A blind instrument's zero is unmeasured, not savings. That discipline is the product.
Any cell back to source file and row
Every externally named identifier traces to its exact source row. If you cannot show the client what the system is doing, they will never trust you. Our warehouse trace is the audit trail made literal: verified numbers with a defense card for every figure we print.

Additional sites brought in during the ninety-day pilot ride at pilot pricing. Sites added after the pilot are priced on their own terms: what the data looks like, the hookup work, and how often you get reports.
We are open to negotiating multiple-site packages and service agreements that extend beyond the month-to-month pilot.
