Contact form submissions.If you fill out our contact form, we receive what you type: your name, business name, email or phone number, and your message. That's it — we ask for nothing we don't need to reply to you.

Anonymous analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across the web. We see aggregate page views and anonymous interaction events (for example, how many visitors clicked our contact button) — never your identity.

A sound preference.If you mute or unmute the site's audio, that single preference is stored in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party ad pixels, or cross-site cookies on this website.

We use contact form information for exactly one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you become a client, delivering our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, ever. We do not add you to a newsletter — we don't have one.

Like every modern business, we rely on a few service providers to operate: our website host (Vercel), our email provider (Namecheap PrivateEmail), and our internal notification tooling. These providers process your information only to deliver their service to us. Form submissions are delivered to our sales inbox and an internal notification — both controlled by our founder.

We also operate AI systems in our business (see our AI Disclosure). Inquiry details may be processed by our AI staff to draft responses or organize follow-up — always under human ownership.

Inquiry emails are retained as ordinary business correspondence. If you'd like your inquiry deleted, ask — see below — and we'll remove it unless we're required to keep it (for example, records related to an active engagement or invoice).

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@legacyforgeai.com and a human will handle it (after an agent flags it). We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new date at the top. Material changes won't be applied retroactively to information collected under an older version.
