What does it cost?
Essentials is $149 a month, Premium is $249, and Enterprise starts at $399 (large stores quoted to scope). Those are introductory rates, and your rate is locked for life while you stay. Each tier normally carries a one-time build fee ($1,499, $1,999, or $2,499 and up) for the days of design and setup work it takes to stand your site up, and we are waiving it while we get established. That is up to $2,499 of labor you do not pay for. The monthly is the product: hosting, maintenance, regular site refreshes on your plan's schedule, and the AI that answers. You see the finished site before you pay anything; if you approve it, your monthly plan auto-renews until you cancel. Month to month, cancel anytime, no contracts.
How long does a site actually take?
Days, not months. Essentials ships in 3 to 5 days, Premium in 5 to 7, and Enterprise in 7 to 12. We build a working version first, usually inside a week of the first conversation. The site you are on was built in two nights.
Who owns what?
Your brand. Your leads. Our platform. You own your business name, your logo, your photos, your words, your reviews, the domain, and every lead, message, and call the AI ever takes, exportable, and they leave with you. We own the system we build and run for you: the design, the code, and the AI configuration behind it. While you are with us that system is exclusively yours to use, hosted, maintained, secured, and improved by us. You are not buying a pile of files to babysit. You are renting a living system we operate so you can stay on the work.
What does the build fee actually pay for?
Our time. It is a labor and onboarding fee: the days we spend designing the site, writing it, wiring the forms, and training the AI on your business. It is not a purchase of the site, the code, or the AI, and it does not buy ownership of them. The monthly is what pays for the product, hosting and maintaining the site and the AI. Right now the fee is waived while we get established, so none of that labor is billed to you.
So if I stop paying, do I lose the site?
You lose access to our hosted site and AI, yes, the same as cancelling Shopify or Squarespace. What you keep is what actually matters for moving on: your domain, your brand, your content, and your full lead list, exportable. What you do not keep is our code, our design system, and our AI configuration. That is the product we operate and keep improving. Most owners stay because the AI, the hosting, the ongoing refreshes, and the uptime are the product, not a ZIP file.
What does hosting cost?
Nothing extra. Hosting, SSL security, and regular site refreshes are built into every tier's monthly rate (monthly on Essentials, twice a month on Premium, unlimited on Enterprise). No surprise infrastructure bills, ever.
What do you need from me?
About an hour: what you do, who calls you, and a few photos if you have them. We handle everything else, the words, the design, the setup, the lot. Every tier is built by hand around your real photos, never a template.
What if I don't like it?
You walk away and owe nothing. We build first because the work sells itself, and if it does not, that is our problem, not yours. If you do love it and approve it, your plan (from $149 a month introductory, auto-renews, cancel anytime) starts at checkout, and the build fee is waived while we get established.
